Send Cash? I'm not a friend of the banks. They have a near-monopoly on our money. If you want to avoid banks and still buy the DVD, I will accept cash in US$. You will have to accept responsibillity for its arrivel here. In the USA, it is relatively safe to send cash by mail - I have done it for years and never lost any. You have to decide if it is safe in your country. If you send cash by
mail, I suggest using as few bills as possible to reduce bulk, wrapping it in aluminum foil so it cannot be seen through the envelope, and sending it registered. International: $50; USA: $43.
